Sincro se encarga esta vez de realizar un proyecto de reforma, mobiliario y decoración, con un estilo marcadamente industrial, que se caracteriza por espacios abiertos y amplios con un estilo desenfadado y grandes contrastes; moderno y agresivo a la vez.
Resulta muy destacable la recuperación de elementos arquitectónicos originales de la vivienda, como los techos restaurados con vigas metálicas y bóveda catalana, que dotan de originalidad a las estancias. El suelo de tablilla de madera presente en el pavimento del dormitorio suite también se ha podido recuperar.
Es en el dormitorio tipo suite donde la presencia de mobiliario Tegar se hace más evidente, ya que se han vestido los tres espacios que lo conforman: vestidor, baño y habitación. En ésta última, se plantean tres paños de armario separados entre ellos por dos estanterías, y en nuestro acabado más envejecido y vintage, el Antik, también presente en la bañera central con cajones y arcón.
En el espacio contiguo encontramos el vestidor, con acceso al baño a través de una puerta corredera en la que se coloca un gran espejo que dará servicio a la zona de armarios. Ambos ambientes se unifican cromáticamente gracias a la elección del mismo acabado de madera, el Roble Nero. El vestidor está formado por cuerpos de armario sin puertas, formando una composición rinconera y con la distribución a medida según las necesidades de los propietarios.
En el baño destacamos la presencia de un mueble-estantería ideal para ordenar y guardar con comodidad todos los accesorios del baño. Está formado por estantes y montantes a los que se
han añadido puertas de cristal parsol en el centro y puertas de madera en la parte inferior.
También el mobiliario del Laundry, en acabado Menta, que da la sensación de limpieza y calma, ha sido fabricado por Tegar.

The recovery of the original architectural elements of the house is very noteworthy, such as the restored ceilings with metal beams and Catalan vaults, which give the rooms originality. The wooden clapboard flooring in the bedroom suite has also been recovered.
It is in the suite-type bedroom where the presence of Tegar furniture becomes more evident, since the three spaces that make it up have been dressed: dressing room, bathroom and bedroom. In the latter, there are three wardrobe panels separated from each other by two shelves, and in our most aged and vintage finish, the Antik, also present in the double bed with drawers and chest.
In the adjoining space we find the dressing room, with access to the bathroom through a sliding door in which a large mirror is placed that will serve the closet area. Both environments are chromatically unified thanks to the choice of the same wood finish, Roble Nero. The dressing room is made up of wardrobe cases without doors, forming a corner composition and with the distribution tailored according to the needs of the owners.
In the bathroom, we highlight the presence of a cabinet ideal for ordering and storing all the bathroom accessories comfortably. It is made up of shelves and uprights to which they have added parsol glass doors in the center and wooden doors at the bottom.
Also the laundry furniture, in a Menta finish, which gives the feeling of cleanliness and calm, has been manufactured by Tegar.
